Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We ship to addresses in the United States only. Because of state and local laws, we can't ship to Alabama, Arkansas, California, Connecticut, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Massachusetts, North Dakota, Ohio, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Vermont, Washington DC or Wisconsin. We also can't ship to these cities and counties: Sarasota County (Florida); Alton, Jerseyville and Edwardsville (Illinois); Columbus and Union County (Mississippi). We don't ship to Puerto Rico, military APO/FPO/DPO addresses or outside the United States. It is your responsibility to know whether kratom is legal where you live, including city and county rules. Orders to places we can't ship to will be canceled and refunded.

Processing time

Orders usually ship within 1 business day (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) from our warehouse in Austin, Texas.

Delivery

You choose USPS or UPS at checkout. Free shipping uses USPS Ground Advantage and takes 3 to 5 business days. For UPS and other USPS services, the delivery estimate is shown at checkout. You'll get a tracking number by email when your order ships.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on orders of $75 or more. On smaller orders, or if you choose a faster service, shipping is calculated at checkout at the carrier's rate.

Discreet packaging

Every order is packaged discreetly, with no branding on the box.

Age requirement

You must be 21 or older to order.

Address changes

Please check your address before you place your order. If it's wrong, email us right away; once an order ships we can't redirect it.

Lost, missing or damaged orders

If tracking shows your order as delivered but you can't find it, or something is missing or damaged, email us at store@blacksheepkratom.com within 7 days of delivery and we'll help.
